drisya.in is run by Drisya, an independent software and AI product partner based in India, who decides how personal information sent through this website is used (the data controller). For any privacy question or request, email hello@drisya.in.
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It loads no third-party resources: fonts, images and code are all served from drisya.in.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) processes standard technical data such as your IP address, the pages requested and the time, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
The newsletter box on the Insights page does not currently send or store anything you type into it.
When you send a project note, our web server sends one email containing your first and last name, your email address, the options you chose (what Drisya could build, approximate budget and ideal start), your message and your confirmation that we may reply. To protect the form from abuse, the email also includes your IP address, your browser type and the time it was received.
The email is delivered to the site owner's private mailbox and is read only by Drisya. Your note is not stored in a database on this website, is never added to a marketing list and is not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it. Hostinger, which hosts this website, and our email provider process it on our behalf only to deliver it.
If the email cannot be delivered for a technical reason, a copy is kept in a private folder on our server, outside the public website, until we have dealt with it.
The form contains a hidden field that people never see; automated spam that fills it in is discarded without being sent.
Before a note is sent, your browser quietly solves a small proof-of-work puzzle issued by our own server. This replaces a third-party captcha: it sends nothing to any other company and stores nothing on your device. Each solved puzzle can be used only once, so our server remembers it (a random code, not personal data) for a short time after it expires.
To limit abuse, each IP address may send only a few notes per hour and per day. For this rate limit our server stores a one-way hashed form of your IP address, never the address itself, with the times of your recent submissions. These records are deleted automatically within two days.
We use the details in a project note only to reply, to discuss and assess the work you describe and to keep a record of that conversation. Under the GDPR this is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)), and on the consent you give when you tick the box on the form. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about you.
Project notes are kept only as long as needed to reply and to manage any resulting conversation or working relationship, and are then deleted. Hashed IP records for the rate limit are deleted automatically within two days. Undelivered copies are deleted once we have dealt with them. Hosting logs are kept by Hostinger for a limited period for security purposes.
Under the GDPR you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@drisya.in and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under other laws, such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The content of this website is general information about Drisya's services. It is not an offer or a contract; any engagement is agreed separately in writing. Work examples are representative and some details are adapted to respect commercial confidentiality.
